ABOUT US
"STAWO" is a private firm founded in 1988. Founder and owner is Stanislaw Wojcik. We produce elements out of wire, employ 35 persons and specialize in the production of elements for furnishing of shop interiors: shelves, baskets, stands etc. We manufacture wire articles for houshold, sport and industry such as grids, hooks and handles.
We offer a multitude of ready-made products but will produce any item according to your plan, irrespective of the ordered quantity.

The main field of our production are shop equipment elements: RACKS, BASKETS, RACKS FOR EXPOSURE OF GOODS AND OTHERS.
We also manufacture household goods, sports and industrial goods such as grilles, hooks, pendants and handles.
We have our own powder paint shop, in which we can paint elements up to 3.6 x 1.5 x 1.2 meters. The articles we manufacture can also be galvanized.
We specialize in the production of custom-made products. They are adapted to the needs of our clients. We will make any article regardless of the number of copies ordered.
MACHINE PARK
Stawo is also a large machine park containing, among others, guillotines, folding machines. press brakes as well as a laser and a machine for perforating metal sheets, straighteners, CNC benders and wire welders, stationary band saws, as well as a laser for profiles, as well as several dozen migomats, and two independent powder paint shops.

Skończyliśmy testy nowego lasera. Możemy ciąć nim rury, profile, oraz blachę.
Dzięki laserowi Fiber jesteśmy w stanie ciąć światłowodowo rury, profile metalowe do grubości ścianki 3mm, a także blachy do 4 mm. Wykonamy każdy obiekt czy kształt, niezależnie od wielkości zamówienia. Laser gwarantuje maksymalne wykorzystanie materiału (prawie bezodpadowe) ze względu na optymalizację rozmieszczenia detali na arkuszu. W odróżnieniu od wycinania wiązką wodną użycie technologii laserowej gwarantuje optymalną wytrzymałość na rdzewienie. Projekty wykonujemy sami według ustaleń z Państwem. Przenosimy na laser zdjęcie czy szkic wykonany długopisem. Istnieje też możliwość dostarczenia własnych rysunków wykonanych w grafice wektorowej w formacie *.dxf, *.dwg, *.mec, *.cdr narysowanych w programach komputerowych CAD, np. AUTOCAD, DESIGNCAD, PROGECAD lub COREL DRAW.
